ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR USE AND PARKING OF
VEHICLES ON S. W. MCKENZIE AND S. N. GRANT STRZZTS TU
THE CITY OF TIGARD
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the safety of persons and
property to restrict and regulate parking use of S. W. Grant St.,
extending from the intersection thereof with S. W. jo wnua St. tr,
I the intersection thereof with S. W. Walnut Avenue, and of S. W.
McKenzie Street extending from the intersection thereof with S. W.
Grant to the intersection thereof with S. W. Pacific Highway (99W),
to overcome a present traffic hazard at said locations,
NOW, THEREFORE,
IT IS ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD:
Section 1: No person shall park a motor vehicle of any kind or
character on the Westerly side of that portion of S.W.
Grant Street extending from the intersection thereof with S.W.John
son Street to the intersection thereof with S. W. Walnut Avenue,
between the hours of 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Sundays, accord-
ing to Pacific Standard Time or Pacific Daylight Time as may be then
in effect.
Section 2: No person shall park a motor vehicle of any kind or
character on the Southerly side of that portion of S.W.
McKenzie Street extending from the intersection thereof with S. W.
' Grant Street to the intersection thereof with S. W. Pacific Highway
(99W), between the hours of 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Sundays,
according to Pacific Standard Time or Pacific Daylight Time as may
be then in effect.
