ORDINANCE NO. 62 - I6
AN ORDINANCE GRkNTING A ZONING CHANGE WITH RESPECT TO
TAX LOT , WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON,
BEING LOT-31 ,AMENDED PLAT OF NORTH TIGARDVILLE
ADDITION, KNOWN AS 9460 S.W. TIGARD STREET, TIGARD,
OREGON.
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described lands by action of the
Washing,.on County Planning Commission and the County Court have
heretofore been classified and zoned for R-7 (Single Family Resi-
dential) dwelling use; and
Whereas, pursuant to prescribed procedures, MARTIN D.
OATMAN and ANNA L. OATMAN, as owners thereof, have applied to the
City of Tigard for reclassification of said property and zone change
to permit the use thereof for multiple residential purposes, and
said applicati,- was duly considered and a public hearing held, after
legal notice thereof, on August 13, 1962; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing and due consideration of the
matter a finding was made that no public detriment will result from
the granting; of said petition and that it is in the public interest
that said change be approved and the property re-zoned as herein-
after stated;
NOW, THEREFORE,
IT IS ORDAINED by the Council of the CITY OF TIGARD:
Section 1: All of Lot Fifty-six (56),
AMENDED PLAT OF NORTH
TIGARDVILLE ADDITION in the County of Washington
and StateofOregon, be, and the same is hereby, reclassified for
multiple dwelling use and is hereby zoned as A-2ptFamily)ent si

zoning classification of the Zoning Code for Washington requirements

Section 2: As provided by law, all/provisions of the Zoning Code $
for Washington County, Oregon applicable to the said
premises pre-existing the incorporation of the City of 'iigard,
shall continue in full force and effect, except as by this ordinance
codified.
