Ordinance No. 62-03 x e CITY OF TTGARD •,..:,: (-[.117 Nlj Nfl ;sLls V1y�- WARM AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING IT TO BE TO THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CITY OF TIGARD TO WITHDRAW AREA FROM THE METZGER SANITARY DISTRICT, AND WITHDRAWING AREA THEREFROM PURSUANT TO SECTION 222.524 O.R.S. 5 WHEREAS, heretofore on the day of1961, the Council of the City of Tigard4—regon duly passe a resolution electing to cause tae withdrawal krom Metzger Sanitary District of that part of said District theretofore incorporated in the City of Tigard; and WHEREAS, pursuant to 6222.524 O.R.S. a public hearing was duly called to be held and was held on the 8th day of January, 1962 at the hour of 8:60 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, in the Com - munity`Center within the City of Tigard, Oregon, to hear objections to the withdrawal and to determine whether such withdrawal is for the;best interests of the City; and WHEREAS,due and legal notice of said hearing was given in the manner provided by 6222.524 O.R.S. by publishing notice of said hearinngg once each week for two successive weeks prior to Jan- uarq'3, 1962 in the Tigard Times, a newspaper of general circula- tion'in the City of Tigard, and furthernoticeof said hearing was posted in four public places within the City of Tigard for more than 15 days priortosaid hearing; } NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDAINED by the Council of the CITY OF TIGARD: Section 1: That the area lying within the following described boundaries, and being withintheboundaries of the Metzger Sanitary District and included within the boundaries of E . the City of Tigard, Oregon, be, and the same is hereby,withdrawn from the Metzger Sanitary District: Page 1 - ORDINANCE NO. . 62-3 lugiiL4ang at the northeast corner of the John L.
