AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to ORS 221.770,the City hereby elects to receive state revenues for the fiscal
year 2000-01.
This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its passage by the Council,signature by the Mayor,and posting
by the City Recorder.
