Attached is a memo we received from our Engineering Department. Although no inspection was requested prior to
the placement of concrete in your sidewalk and driveway approach, or a reinspection was not requested after an
initial dissapproved inspection, the Engineering Depai tment indicates that the construction appears satisfactory by
observation.
The Engineering Department recommended that we notify you of this. Please refer to the attached memo for more
detail.
