To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is provided as proof and verification that Chameleon Construction &
Remodel, Inc_ will take sole responsibility for the removal of the jetted tub motor located
in the master bath suite at 13687 SW Laurel Lane. Tigard, OR 97224 for the duration of
time in which said tub remains in place.
Chameleon Construction & Remodel, Inc. liability shall be limited to the
deconstruction and/or reconstruction of the existing tile work to the extent to which
removal of said work allows the replacement of parts described as "assessable through
the access panel" in the UL listed manual.
