The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon One - and Two-Family Dwelling
Specialty Code(O1'FDSC) 2005 edition. The submitted plans have been reviewed and the
following information is required prior to completion of the review:
1. Exterior deck construction plans are not consistent on sheets 3, 4 & 7. Revise plans to
clarify joist size and spacing and clarify ledger attachment to structure on all 3 sheets.
2. Exterior deck shown on plan sheets is not consistent with site plan? Revise site plan and
sheet 3, 4 & 7 to indicate the correct deck size.
3. A retaining wall design was submitted with the packet? Please revise the foundation plan
and revise any cross - sections that will have this retaining wall.
4. The details on sheet L -1 are too small. Please provide larger details.
5. Please provide full sized sheets of all revised sheets including revisions for new wall
location.

6. Remove all clouds from the plan. Since the plans have not been reviewed or approved
there is no need indicate the changes.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of
Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
