To Whom It May Concern:
It has been brought to our attention that there is a holdown HHDQ14 at the middle of
front of the house nest to the garage door that has a piece of 1 /2" OSB nailed to the
adjoining post as filler. The amount of penetration required for this holdown is still met
by the screws and being used to secure the HD and the OSB to the post, therefore

For all houses constructed at Churchill Woods, a 2x6 sill plate may be used between the
concrete stemwall and I- joists. A 3x6 must still be used for the sole plate above the I- •
joists per the shear wall schedule.
