This is a Temporary and Conditional Certificat- • Occup`ancy issued today
for a period not to exceed thirty days, by whic ime the following conditions
must have been met and approved by the C of Tigard:
Permit SIT2002 -00027 must be obtaine. and the work on rockery retaining
walls thereunder completed and appro - ed, including all outstanding
conditions, corrections, ancillary per • its and fees, specifically including:
1. Completion of corrections : nd modifications to the rockery retaining
walls to the satisfaction ∎ ' the design engineers and the City of
Tigard Building Divisio ;
2. Submission to the C' of Tigard of a final acceptance letter from the
geotechnical desi• engineer.
I understand that with t► s agreement the City will withhold further legal or
enforcement action r= •arding these conditions until December 2, 2002.
Upon compliance ith all the above conditions, this case will be closed and
a permanent C: ificate of Occupancy will be issued. I further understand
that if these c. ditions are not complied with fully, this Temporary and
Conditional • ertificate of Occupancy will become void on December 2, 2002
and I may en be served with a Summons and Complaint without further
notice,
