Rick, could you join me sometime on Tuesday, either late morning or early afternoon, to visit the above
address for a mechanical inspection? The pool heater at 10832 is covered by this MEC but no
inspections have been called for until now. A pool final has been requested but I can't do that until the
MEC is finalled. The mechanical equipment is in the main house and the gaslines were run and inspected
under the MST, so we don't need a pressure test, but we do need to inspect the heater and ducting and
verify the gasline sizing. I'll be out until mid or late morning Tuesday. I'll check with you when I get in, find
out what time will work best for you, and I'll call the homeowner to set up an appointment. Please let me
know if that is OK with you.
