A revised site plan? Or do you need to do an on -site inspection of the placement of the foundation forms? It has all of the required tree information (street trees, protected trees, and tree fencing) but the locations of trees 5308, 5308A, 5313, and 6115 appear to have been drawn in after you signed off on the plans. The four trees listed above are the closest to the proposed building footprint. Can you verify that you have seen the site plan and it meets your approval? I just want to make sure before passing this on.
