The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC)
2004 edition; the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code ORSC) 2005 edition and the
Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99-01) 1999 edition. The submitted plans
have been reviewed and the following information is required prior to completion of the review.
1. The truss package contains shop drawings, I will need the ones with the engineers stamp
and the reactions and loads on them.
2. The floor framing plan shows some beams by others, please specify what beams they
are, and provide calcs for the floor beams.
3. Please clarify where floor beam P3 on the TJI layout bears on the interior side.
When submitting revisions or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City
of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking
and processing the documents.
