The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC)
2004 edition; the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code ORSC) 2005 edition and the
Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99 -01) 1999 edition. The submitted plans
have been reviewed and the following information is required prior to completion of the review.
1. The truss package is missing trusses BVA and A CAP, please submit prior to approval.
2. The TJI layout has columns holding up beams P1 and P2, these columns do not all have
adequate bearing beneath, please revise foundation page to show them resting on pads
capable of resisting the loads.
3. The plan shows a garage left and the '1 f l layout is garage right, please provide a TJI
layout that is not reversed.
When submitting revisions or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City
of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking
and processing the documents.
