At your request, WDY Inc. has observed and field measured the as -built water quality
pond constructed as part of the above project. We have found that its configuration
and its associated appurtenances (onsite catch basin, diversion manhole, detention
control manhole, overflow and outlet structures) have been constructed in accordance
with the City of Tigard approved plans.
If you have any questions regarding the above, please don't hesitate to contact our
office. For you reference, we have included copies of our related field observation .. .
