MTE representative was on site at Bajio Mexican Grill, per request, to provide visual
special inspection of the fit up and completed lateral and transverse bracing
connections, on both sides of the wall attaching to the overhead hood assemblies per
drawing S4 of 5, contract documents and the IBC -04.

Observation, verification and inspection have shown connection mentioned above to be
per the print details, contract documents and IBC -04.
To the best of our knowledge, items inspected this date are in accordance with approved
plans and specifications.
