RE: FOUNDATION EXCAVATION
LOT 10 DAKOTA GLEN
TIGARD, OREGON
GeoPacific engineer, Jim Imbrie, visited the site today to observe foundation excavation for Lot 10.
Excavation Is complete and building corners are not yet marked. Subgrade predominantly consists Of a
medium stiff native silt soil. TM observed subgrade is currently adequate for spread foundaljon stwport
to a maximum allowable bearing pressure of 1,500 of; however It is likely that mucking will be
-riiiiiff4ed irnitiediately prior to concrete pour due to wet and cold weather softening the subgrade.
