Austin, please note Todd's comments below. Please submit a revised site plan per #s 1 & 2 and please check with your
planner, Cheryl Caines, about the Conditions of Approval on the attached list that show as "Applied" which means "Not
Met."

I am reviewing lot 2 of the Treehill Partition for tree related issues, and need the following revisions prior to my
approval:
1. Need to show 2 medium stature street trees per the City of Tigard approved street tree list consistent with the
partition approval. I recommend 2, 2" caliper Katsura trees planted 30' on center.
2. Need appropriately sized and scaled site plans.
3. There are multiple outstanding conditions of approval, including a requirement for recording tree deed
restrictions. Contact the project planner for details.
