The City of Tigard, Building Division is returning the check submitted by your
company for permit fees associated with the permit referenced above. We
appreciate the fees being paid at application submittal, however during plan
review these fees may be subject to change.
Because of the potential for fee adjustments, it is the Building Division's policy
to collect electrical and plumbing plan review and permit fees after plan review
has been completed to avoid any fee adjustment or refund process that requires
additional staff time. Once the fees have been determined by the Plans
Examiner and the permit is ready to be issued, your company will be contacted
with the total fees due.
