The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC) 2004
edition; the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code ORSC) 2005 edition and the Tualatin Valley
Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99-01) 1999 edition. According to R106.1.1, construction
documents should be of sufficient clarity to indicate that the location, nature, and extent of work
complies with the provisions of this code and acceptable engineering practice. In order to satisfy this
code provision, the following items require your attention in order to complete this plan review:
1. Please provide a roof framing plan showing existing roof framing, and clarifying
whether it is trussed, or stick framed.
2. Please provide a revised cross section of the footing showing a two story footing.
3. The mechanical and electrical permit forms turned in to the city are not filled out,
please fill them out showing what work is to be performed under these disciplines.
When submitting revisions or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed
City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in
tracking and processing the documents.
