The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC)
2004 edition; the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSq 2005 edition and the
Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99 -01) 1999 edition. The review of the
submitted plans will be completed when the following information is provided.
1. Please submit manufactured floor framing as noted on the plan.
2. Please submit truss layout and calculations as noted on the plan.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of
Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
