Inspections listed include domestic water, but it's TVW's not ours.
What is the official method of checking this off? I've never known
TVW to call and let us know. Do we send anything out to TVW
requesting notification? They'll want to know about cross - connection
for the FPS too.

Inspections listed on SIT98 -0002 do not include fire supply lines,
fire hydrants or backflow devices, if any located beyond 5 -ft from the
building. Do we assume there are none? The info on the first screen
of BUP98 -0068 tells us there will be FPS. If there were a plumbing
permit we'd know more. Hopefully they know they need to apply, etc.
and the missing pieces will be on the plumbing permit.
This one will need gobs of coordination with special inspectors, the
State of Oregon & TVW to ever get done.
