This letter is notification that the above referenced permits have not received final
inspections. Since more than six months has elapsed with no inspection activity, it is
assumed that the work has either been suspended or abandoned and these permits will
be expired by limitation as provided in Section 105.3.2 of the Oregon Structural
Specialty Code.
We will allow thirty (30) days from the date of this letter to apply for reinstatement of
said permits for the purpose of final inspections. Certain fees will be applicable at the
time of reinstatement.
Reinstated permits are valid for 30 days. If the required inspection(s) fail, you will have
an additional 30 days to make the necessary corrections. A minimum fee of $62.50 will
be assessed for all additional inspections. If you fail to request additional inspection(s),
the pertinent permit(s) will be expired without the opportunity for reinstatement.

to answer any questions you many have. Jeanne will inform you of the necessary
procedure to follow and the fees due for reinstatement.
