GeoPaollic Engineer. Jim intone, visited the site on more than one occasion to review the faundetlon
excavation subgrades on the shove- referenced Iota, The observed soils are compact engtheered. fit
nonsIsting of clayey silt, with rocks; some of the fNl was monovbd en Lot 20 along the cot aide adjacent the
rook wall. This fill was replaced with reject rock that was compacted, tested, end achieved 'project
apactttcatlone. Some mucking may be required If the subgrade is left exposed to wet weather for a long
duration; however the current subgrade Is fairly dry. The foundations are appropriately setback from the side
end rear yard rockery retaining walla
Based on our observations, it is our opinion that the current foundation subgrade is adequate for spread
foundation support to a maximum allowable bearing pressure of 1,500 pet.
Our work slope pertains to a geotechnical engineer's foundation excavation review only and the conditions
existing and exposed at the time of our site visit. No deck footing, patio, or other appurtenant structure
subgrades were observed. Our work was performed to the current local standards of practice. No other
