Dear Neil,
I am reviewing your site plan for tree related issues on Lot 1 of the Solera Subdivision in Tigard. Three street trees are
required along the Lot 1 frontage. Please add an additional tree to the north side of the Lot 1 driveway (midway
between the driveways of Lot 1 and 2). Also, please label the 3 street trees as 2" caliper Raywood Ash.
Once these items are completed, I will be able to sign off on the tree related items for this permit.
