This plan review was performed on Aug 12, 2008 under the State of Oregon Electrical Specialty
code, 2008 edition. Corrections to the original plans are required prior to the issuance of an
Electrical Permit.
The State of Oregon Administration Rules governing this plan review:
OAR 918- 311 -0040 (4) (b) Readability. The plans shall be drawn to scale, contain definitions for
legends used, be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of work proposed
and show in detail that it will conform to the applicable electrical code requirements, laws,
ordinances, rules and regulations; (Plans are incomplete. Provide lighting layout, power
outlet locations and equipment locations of sufficient detail to conform.) Make change on
plans.
OAR 918- 311 -0040 (4) (c) (D) Complete load calculations; (Load calculations are not totaled
for panel schedule MDP, Panel A, Panel B, Panel C, Panel C. The hand writing on most
panel schedules is not readable and requires clarity.) Make change on plans.
OAR 918- 311 -0040 (4) (c) (E) Fixture schedule, showing type, location and layout; (Type of
fixtures and name plate rating are missing) Make change on plans.
OAR 918- 309 -0010 Permit issued is incomplete. Do not proceed with unpermitted work
including electrical service.
Due to the magnitude of corrections, I am reserving the right to conduct another plan review
after you make the above listed corrections.
Approved Plans: 2 set of plans shall be submitted for plan review. 1 set, bearing the City of
Tigard approval stamp, shall be maintained on the jobsite. The plans shall be available to the
Building Division inspectors throughout all phases of construction. 106.4.2 OSSC
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the City of
Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking
and processing the documents and is available at the front counter in the Building Department.

FYI... today at a site meeting we were looking at the electrical panels locations (the corner of gridline A & 10) and came to
the conclusion that bollards are needed to protect the panels. Just so you and the inspectors know we will be installing 4"
pipe bollards in front of the electrical panels. The exact location will be determined once the panels are installed and will
be done so as to meet all applicable codes.
