Please find attached a building permit application, Tri- County Commercial Application
Checklist, two sets of plans, calculations, and product submittals for the fire alarm tenant
improvements at the address shown above.
Occupancy Group: B
The fire alarm system additions include the following:
1. Install (3) ADA synchronized strobes and (2) voice evacuation loudspeakers in
the tenant space per plans.
2. Pre -test fire alarm devices before requesting a final inspection.
3. Provide NFPA -72 fire alarm record of completion to the inspector as required.
