MESSAGE:
The following fees are due to be able to pick up the building and sewer permits for this lot.
Total fees due for both permits are $24,748.23. To receive credit for the IDT (Transportation
Development Tax) which is one of the System Development Fees that are collected at this time, you
will need to bring in a TDT Credit Voucher. This is a form that you should receive from John Noffz
with Brentwood Homes. We will then "credit" this amount and the permit fees will be reduced by
$5,227.00. With the presentation of the credit voucher your total permit fee will then be $19,521.23.
We cannot "credit" or deduct this fee if you do not have the TDT Credit Voucher when you come in
to pay the fees and pick up the permit.
