The City of Tigard Building Division has reviewed the submitted building plans for the above
referenced address in accordance with the Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC), 1998
edition and the Uniform Fire Code (UFC). The plans are approved subject to the following
conditions.
1. An alternate method of ventilation rate was verbally requested. We have not received any
written documentation or written request for an alternate method of construction. Please
provide us with a written request and provide documentation that this was accepted in a
neighboring jurisdiction.
2. A fire suppression permit is required for the sprinkler system for this booth. Plans shall be
submitted and approved and a permit issued prior to the installation of this system.
3. The emergency shutdown shall comply with UFC Article 4504.2.2. • •
