The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code
(OMSC) 2004 edition; and the State of Oregon Fire Code (OFC) 2004 edition.
Each appliance shall be provided with a shutoff valve separate from the appliance. The
shutoff valve shall be located in the same room and within six feet of the appliance served.
