We are now operational with the septic tank switch.
I will drop of a package of info for you at your front desk and maybe get a word with you if you are around.
If we don't make contact I think my notes and the pictures will show what we have done and make you very
comfortable.
Just to start with an empty tank I had it pumped last week and it wasn't even full yet from my last pumping back
on October 20th so as I suspected we should not have any issues with the temporary situation but we certainly
have it covered should anything come up.
You can have the electrical inspector stop by anytime but I should be present to show him all the locations and
pieces.
Feel free to give him my cell at 503 - 319 -7343. I generally work here at the church on Monday, Tuesday &
Wednesdays.

I had a little trouble with e-mail earlier so I thought I would send this again just in case you didnLt
receive it earlier.
If you did get it the first time then just ignore the repetition.
It has taken us a bit longer than we had planned but the switch is finally in place along with the signal
strobe light as we had discussed.
When we first started talking about this approach I had the tank pumped (Oct 20, 2005) and when I

checked just last week we still had over three feet (3❑) of room left in the tank. I plan to have it pumped
again when we cap the outflow and we should be good for at least the equal amount of time but we will
have the switch alarm in place just in case.
The switch we used is probably a huge overkill but we had a member of our congregation who deals in
these things give it to us as a donation.
Should you want to see the installation do not hesitate to give me a call and I will be glad to show it to
you. I will be out of town from the 22nd to the 30th but other than that stretch I would be glad to meet you
hear and show you the work we have done to comply with your requirements from our previous
conversations.
Let me know if you have any questions, and I will be glad to drop of the info (spec sheet) on the switch
should you need it for your file.
