Address: 13784 SW Fern St. shall be on job site.
The Site plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) 2005
edition and 2007 Oregon Fire Code as amended by TVF &R. The submitted plans are approved subject to
the following conditions.
1. The proposed retaining wall requires special inspection by ESR -2113 for :
a. The modular concrete unit dimensions.
b. Keystone unit identification compliance with ASTM C 1372 and UBC Standard 21 -4,
including compressive strength and water absorption, as described in Section 3.1 of this
report.
c. Foundation preparation.
d. Keystone unit placement, including alignment and inclination.
e. Geosynthetic reinforcement type (manufacturer and model number) and placement.
f. Backfill placement and compaction;
g. Drainage provisions.
2. Geotechnical inspections are required per page 13 of the attached Geotechnical Engineering
Report provided by GeoPacific Engineering, Inc.
