RE Electrical Permit and Inspection Sticker
Congratulations on your new home.
As you know from conversations with your realtors and the former owner, the new electrical
panel inside the house was inspected by our office and the only thing lacking before we
could grant final inspection approval under the permit was a copy of a Permit and
Inspection Sticker signed by the Signing Supervisor for the electrical contractor who took
out the permit for the panel installation.
We received that signed sticker yesterday, 5/24. I have in turn signed it to indicate the City
of Tigard's final inspection approval and I have enclosed it with this note. Please peel off
the cover paper on the rear and place the sticker on the panel. The preferred location is on
the inside of the panel door.
I have also enclosed, for your files, a copy of the passed and signed final inspection report.

Jeff, here's a copy of yesterday's inspection report. I expanded it to make it clear to your
purchasers or other interested parties that there are no other issues and that no further
physical inspection will be required once a panel sticker signed by Winner's signing
supervisor is presented for my signature.
As I mentioned yesterday, the "normal" logistics would be to have a sticker signed by
Winner, post it in the panel, and then re -call the inspection so that I or one of my colleagues
can come by and sign it, but we could simplify that if a sticker signed by Winner is delivered
or mailed to me here at City Hall and, after I've signed it, picked up by you or your realtor
and posted in the panel. (For their benefit, inside the panel cover door is the preferred
location.)
I'm faxing this note and a copy of the inspection report to you and to Winner but I will also
put a copy of a panel sticker in the mail to Winner so that they can sign it and return mail it
to me if you have sufficient time for that before your closing. If time is more pressing,
either you or someone from Winner can drop the form off here.
