RE 14457 SW FORAN TERRACE, PROPERTY IN COMPLIANCE, FINAL INSPECTION
APPROVAL RECEIVED - Connection to Public Sanitary Sewer, Demolition/
Decommissioning of Septic System, Payment of Sewer Connection Fees.
Congratulations and thanks to each of you for your cooperation in bringing the property at
11457 SW Foran Terrace into compliance regarding the violations cited in my letter of
February 28, 2008, concerning connection of the residence to the public sanitary sewer and
demolition of the septic system without permit and the failure to pay required sewer
connection fees.
This confirms that as of April 17, 2008, each of these issues has been corrected and the
property has been brought into compliance. Specifically, the sewer connection fee of
$2800.00 was paid on March 19, 2008; permit SWR2008 -00035 was issued on March 19,
2008, to cover connection to the public sanitary sewer; permit PLM2008 -00115 was issued
on March 26, 2008, to cover the plumbing installation and septic decommissioning; Bones
Construction has provided a copy of an invoice from Aloha Sanitary Service documenting
that the septic system was properly decommissioned on January 4, 2007; and we inspected
and awarded final inspection approval under PLM2008 -00115 on April 17, 2008.
Because of your prompt and voluntary cooperation in having the required corrections
completed and the property brought into compliance the City of Tigard is pleased to assess
no penalties and herewith declares this case to be closed. By copy of this letter I am advising
our Utility Billing Department of the January 4, 2007, date upon which sewer service began.
