(ORSC) 2008 edition. Please respond to conditions below.
1) Please provide truss details for new trusses to be used.
2) Please provide calculations for Glu -Lam Beam.
3) Please revise plans to show removal of windows in garage which is required
when converting a carport to a garage.
4) Please show garage firewall separation from house.
5) Please show how shear wall loads will be transferred to the roof.
When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each numbered
issue has been addressed in the revision.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City
of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
