Re: Request for revised plot plan approval WAD'
Attached please find a revised plot plan indicating the proposed location of an air
conditioning unit at the Revel Residence at 8285 SW Fanno Creek Drive in Tigard.
The originally proposed location was discovered to be too close to a hot tub and would
not meet electrical code clearance requirements.
The only other location for the unit would be 4 feet, five inches from the West side yard
property line. Our hope (and the homeowner's) is for the City of Tigard to recognize the
difficulty of the situation and the relatively minor infraction of the set -back requirements,
and allow the proposed location to be approved.
At this point, we have stopped work on the project that was to be completed today
(Friday). We are anxious to hear from you so we can complete the project on Tuesday.
