Re: Sign Permit Application for the McCroskey Clinic located at 12625
SW 69 Tigard, OR 97223
Dear Permit Facilitator,
Attached you will find the completed. Sign Application, two Site Plans, two
Elevation Plans, and two hand sketched drawings done by Mr. & Mrs.
McCroskey that detail the sign, size and materials to be used.
As you will note from the application, there is no sign company indicated.
The granite slab will be etched and the letters and numbers painted in gold
by a company that does grave yard head stones. The General Contractor, M.
Stearns Construction Co., will do the construction of the concrete pad,
columns and brickwork along with the installation of the granite slab.
The sign is approximately 6'6" across, 3' in height, with 1' square columns
done in brick. The brick will be the same as that of the building. There will
be a concrete slab at the base to support the sign, and an exterior light fixture
set at the base to light up the sign in the evening hours. The sign will be set
at ground level.
