Stories: 1 The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC) 2004 edition; the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code ORSC) 2005 edition and the Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99 -01) 1999 edition. According to RI06.1.1, construction documents should be of sufficient clarity to indicate that the location, nature, and extent of work complies with the provisions of this code and acceptable engineering practice. In order to satisfy this code provision, the following items require your attention in order to complete this plan review: 1. The trusses submitted as a revision add load to window and garage headers, wall framing, and foundation, please have designer or engineer resize and provide calculations for these items. 2. The engineering pack includes calc for a FB -1, please clarify where this will be located. 3. The engineer and designer have both provided details, none of which are called out on the plan, please submit revised pages adding details to appropriate sections on the plan. When submitting revisions or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal.
