Ste. 200 Beaverton, OR 97006 RE: NEW SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING Project Information Building Permit: MST2006 -00026 Construction Type: VN Address: 12845 SW Da Vinci St. Occupancy Type: R-3 Area: 2,327Sq Ft Stories: 3 The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC) 1998 edition; the State of Oregon One- and Two - Family Dwelling Specialty (OTFDSC) 2003 edition and the Tualatin Valley Fire &Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99 -01) 1999 edition. The submitted plans have been reviewed and the following information is required prior to issuance of the permit. 1. Provide the Trus Joist floor framing manufacturer layouts if using such. 2. Sheet S2 main floor framing indicates a 2 X 10 PT ledger for the covered deck, but the covered deck detail also on sheet S2 indicates a 2 X 8 PT ledger. Please verify which ledger you will use. 3. Verify that the point loads transferred from beam 9 to the foundation have the proper size footings. 4. On Sheet 3 the lower floor plan shows the garage wing walls as shearwall "D" with a HD10A holdown with a SS'1B28 anchor bolt. The SSTB28 anchor bolt will not meet the 9,540 pound capacity per the Simpson catalog which states that the maximum allowable load is 8,150 lbs. for S51'B28, 34 and 36 when used 5" from the end of a concrete foundation. Use full table load when installed 24" from the end or installed in a corner condition. When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal.
