Scope of Work
Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning will perform the following scope of work:
1. Ducting and air - distribution modifications as drawn.
2. Additional gas line from existing house line.
Equipment Schedule
RTU1,2- Existing 6 -ton RTU. 150,000 Btu heat.
Gas piping
Existing house line. Disconnect unit heater and abandon in place.
Total distance of house plus new line to farthest appliance- 100 feet.
Total load = 380,000 Btu — RTU1,2 @ 150Mbtu each and RTU3 @ 80 Mbtu.
2 PSI 3/4" line adequate for 437,000 Btu
Ventilation Requirements
RTU1-
Net 600 sft office @ 7 occ/1 000 sft X 20 cfm/occ = 84 cfm
Net 600 sft conference@ 50 occ/1000 sft X 20 cfm/occ /2= 300 cfm
SA= 2240CFM
RA = 384 CFM
OSA = 1856 cfm total. Set at 17% OSA
