We hereby give Dan Hines permission to process permit on our behalf for above mentioned project.
Please call me at 760 - 802 -5208 for credit card authorization for payment.
Enclosed are two sets showing the roof layout, spec sheets on existing and new equipment for the
change out of 8 each rooftop evaporative coolers and 6 each rooftop exhaust fans. This is a "like for
like" change out. The new evaporative coolers are the same dimensions, weights, performance and
electrical as the existing. There are no line of sight issues.
We would appreciate if we could get processed over the counter since Home Depot is anxious to get
the work done.
