I put the BUP card and slips back in the file here ... final pass is pending receipt of Nicoli Final Summary
Letter, which I haven't seen yet. I've called the contractor and asked him to speak to Nicoli. That's why I
hadn't case finalled the Tidemark file ... yet ...

observe all of the completed improvements to the subject decks. A Final Summary ,
Letter will be issued from Nicoli Engineering, Inc. to Custom Deck & Fencing, Inc. and
the City of Tigard once the improvements have been properly implemented.
