CONCERNS:
Duncan is applying for SDR98 -0021
SDR95 -0014 is signed off. BUT -
Duncan has (2) buildings at 74th /Durham. There's was only one permit for (1) building. There isn't any
wording in the 1995 SDR/ENG /SLR/BLD permits about (2) buildings.

AND, he has numerouse BLD issues not resolved. Including TIF fees due.
AND, it looks like the addressing may be mixed -up. Kit is doing a drive -by.
I think Planning /Building /Engineering need to work closely together on this project. I would hate to see us
approving /issuing anything else at that site before we should.
