VLMK Consulting Engineers has reviewed the proposed opening in the existing tilt -up
concrete wall. The opening is located no closer than 3' -0" to the panel joint. No
reinforcement is required. VLMK Consulting Engineers was the Structural
Engineer -of- Record for the original construction of the wall.
Enclosed is a marked up sketch indicating the location of the proposed opening.
