Dear Mark:
Per your conversation with Lee Lizama on June 6, 2008, the (2) changes to the Tigard WinCo remodel
construction documents are as follows.
1. Opened ceiling at Cart Storage to structure and installed new suspended light fixtures and fire
sprinkler heads (from existing branch lines).
2. Replaced frozen food cases at rear left Main Sales on either side of coffin frozen cases. Existing hub
drains and electrical will be reused.
