The plan review was performed under the 2005 Oregon Residential Specialty Code. The review
of the submitted plans will be completed when the following information is provided.
1. Please provide calculations for footing (scales out at 24 "x24 ") under post C -1 (point
load of 12084 #) 5' left of kitchen nook wall.
2. When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each issue has been
addressed in the revision.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of
Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
