Building Permit: MST2008 -00013 Construction Type: VB
Address: 13874 SW Halcyon Terrace Occupancy Type: R -3
Area: 3078 Sq. Ft. Stories: 2
The plan review was performed under the 2005 Oregon Residential Specialty Code. The review
of the submitted plans will be completed when the following information is provided.
1. Please provide two copies of foundation details, with regards to seismic reinforcing.
2. Please revise footing F -24 with additional 3600# load from garage header, two
copies needed.
3. Beam calculation packet (B -1 thru 9, hallway /casual dining, and GB -1) was missing
from plans, please submit two copies.
4. When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each issue has been
addressed in the revision.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of
Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.

B -4 is an old beam we don't need.

I need some clarification on the revised beam calcs I got Tuesday
B -2 ( 5.25" X 15" GLB) calcs have it as a 13' span, plans show a 21' -6" span
B -3 (3.25" X 9" GLB) calcs have it as a 5' span w/ point load at 3.5', is the (3) 3/6 X 7/6 window being replaced?
B -4 (4" X 8" DF) calc'ed at 4', it's not much of a beam but where is specifically to be installed?
