The plan review was performed under the 2005 Oregon Residential Specialty Code. The review
of the submitted plans will be completed when the following information is provided.
• 1. G- Girder truss has a reaction of 77491b. left /right sides. Please supply calculations
and or new footing size for the additional load (garage /entry wall only has a point
load of 35971bshown.)
2. Please provide new calculations and dimensions for the following beams,
a. Floor BM. B- packet shows beam to be 19' outside dimensions, plans scale out
to 20' -8" outside post to post.
b. Floor BM. E- packet... to be 4' -6 ", plans ... 5' -9" outside, post to post.
c. Header BM. 7- packet ... to be 7', plans ... 8' -3" outside, post to post.
3. Floor beams G and F do not scale out on the plans as shown in the beam cant.
packet; it appears that they may have been switched. I can red line the correction or I
need a revised pg. 7.
4. When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each issue has been
addressed in the revision.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of
Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
