The plan review was performed under the 2005 Oregon Residential Specialty Code. The review
of the submitted plans will be completed when the following information is provided.
1. Office needs egress. As per conversation with applicant (A) window is to be changed
to (D) per window schedule on plans, meets requirement.
2. Tankless water heater, as per conversation, product listing to be submitted at a later
date- Apr ? ?08.
3. Patio kitchen is to be reversed (north /south ?) and revision, with regard to
frost /freezing protection of plumbing, to be provided at a late time.
4. When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each issue has been
addressed in the revision.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of
Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
