The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC) 2004
edition; and 2003 International Fire Code (OFC) as amended by TVF&R. The submitted plans are
approved subject to the following conditions.
1. This building was designed and approved as V- 1 hour. Therefore the structural frame of the
columns, beams, and other elements having direct connections to the columns and bracing
members designed to carry gravity loads shall be 1 hour construction.
***Provide inspector with an approved tested and listed 1 hour assembly at time of inspection.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City
of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking and
processing the documents.

The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC) 2004
edition; and the State of Oregon Fire Code (OFC) 2004 edition. The plans that have been submitted are
lacking enough information to perform a complete plan review. Please see the attached Tri- County
Checklist for required information for a complete submittal.
Construction documents shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of the
work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of this code and relevant laws,
ordinances, rules and regulations (OSSC 106.1.1).
