Dear Darryl Wakefeild,
A follow -up inspection of your building /business indicates
that no improvements have been made; therefore, we must
insist that the following correction(s) be completed:
Provide permit and inspection record of electrical wiring
that is being added and or adapted to your electrical panel.
Compressed gas cylinders in service and in storage shall be
adequately secured to prevent cylinders from falling or
being knocked over. Cylinders, including empty ones, shall
have their caps in place and valves tightly closed.
UFC 74.107 (a) UFC 49.104 (b)
Mount the fire extinguisher(s) in a central conspicuous
location. Extinguishers shall be installed on the hangers
or in the brackets supplied, mounted in cabinets, or set
on shelves unless the extinguishers are of the wheeled type.
UFC Standard 10 -1, Sec. 1 -6.6
Please sign below when the above outstanding violation(s)
have been corrected. We will need this signed letter
back within 15 days or another inspection will be required.
